INITIAL SET UP

 

Once we have set up your username, you will receive an email from noreply@blackdiamond.com.

 

 

Inside this email will be a link to complete the setup process.

By clicking on the link as instructed, you will be directed to the screen shown below. Here you will enter your username (your email address) and the captcha provided on that screen.

Upon clicking the “Sign in” button, you will be directed to the following screen. Select the box to agree to the Terms of Use and hit “Next”.

On this next screen, you will need to select and answer three security questions. These questions will be used when resetting your password or unlocking your user. After entering this information, click “Next”.
We strongly recommend saving this information in a safe place for your records.

You will then arrive at the screen shown below to set up your password. Once you have established and confirmed a secure password, be sure to hit “Save”.
Again, we strongly recommend saving this information in a safe place for your records.

Once you have selected “Save”, you will be directed to the Home view which displays your Portfolio as a whole.
