Black Diamond Client Portal

We are approaching the end of our first year of using Black Diamond to produce client reports. One of the most exciting aspects of Black Diamond Reporting is that we are able to provide online access to your portfolio in the familiar report format via the Client Portal.

The Client Portal allows clients to view details of their portfolio on a daily basis in the same easy to read format as the quarterly reporting. These views are separate, and in addition to the current online functionality provided to you by Pershing. You will be able to view multiple “Cards,” which will provide the same information currently included in your quarterly report.

Within the Portal, clients are able to access quarterly reports, as well as safely and securely transmit documents with B&C via the Document Vault. The Vault allows us to limit the amount of sensitive client information passed via e-mail, which is a tremendous safeguard for our clients.

Not only are clients able to access this information on the web, but the Client Portal is also available on smartphones and tablets giving our clients greater flexibility to access their information.

  • Stay on top of account activity with emails whenever your reports or other important documents have been posted. No more waiting for them to show up in your mailbox.
