Allan Cohen graduated from Jacksonville University with a B.S. in Accounting and went on to work as a Certified Public Accountant, adding an advanced certificate in Federal Gift and Estate Taxation. In 1983, he sold his CPA practice and became a Certified Financial Planner™ in order to pursue his dream of assisting people with their finances.
CCO & COO
Jacqueline Bos joined B&C Financial Advisors when it was founded in 1995. As the Chief Compliance Officer and Chief Operations Officer of the firm, Jacque is responsible for the daily operations, along with implementing the firm’s vision while complying with all applicable regulatory requirements.

Thomas Ellis has been with B&C Financial Advisors since 2009 and has spent over 26 years in the financial industry. He previously served as vice president at Bank of America in the Global Wealth Investment Management division. He has a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of North Florida and is an Accredited Wealth Management Advisor℠ (AWMA®).

Adam Oerther is a Certified Financial Planner™ with a B.S. degree in Finance and a minor degree in Entrepreneurship from the University of Florida. He has been part of B&C Financial Advisors since 2012 and sees understanding the financial goals of the client as a must. Schedule Meeting

Kellie Kelleher-Smith joined B&C Financial Advisors team in 2024 as a Wealth Advisor. Kellie is a registered Investment Advisor Representative and credentialed Chartered Advisor in Philanthropy® (CAP®), from The American College of Financial Services, demonstrating the knowledge and tools to help clients achieve their highest aspirations for self, family, and society.
Senior Investment Manager
Jessica L. Schmidt joined the B&C Financial Advisors team after completing a finance internship with the firm. She graduated in 2015 from Flagler College with a B.S. in Business Administration and minors in Finance and Economics. She recently received her credentials for Accredited Asset Management Specialist (AAMS®) and plans to continue her education in financial planning.

Jonathan Bottaro is a Jacksonville native who attended the University of North Florida to earn his MBA with a finance concentration and bachelor’s degree in business management. He has relationship management and operations experience in the financial services industry having worked for a large credit union, and several fortune 500 companies.
Client Relationship Manager
Robin Phillips joined B&C Financial Advisors team in 2019 as their Client Relationship Manager. Prior to working at B&C she worked for a Florida based Homeowners Insurance Company for over 11 years where she held 2 licenses. Robin understands how essential and important client relationships are to the firm and has enjoyed getting acquainted with each of them.
Client Service Manager/Marketing Coordinator
Caitlin Howard provides administrative support to B&C’s advisors and staff. She is committed to providing excellent customer service and looks forward to getting to know each client. Caitlin graduated from The University of Alabama at Birmingham with a degree in Communications Management and a minor in Marketing.

Genevieve Stephenson is responsible for providing administrative support to advisors and staff. Genny helps in various client services and is grateful to be a part of an organization that puts the client’s needs first.
